The Owner Team (OT) is the dedicated Owner Representation division of Naval Architectural Services (NAS), specialising in the management and supervision of superyacht new-build and refit projects.
While Owner Representation has always been a core service of NAS, the launch of the Owner Team as a dedicated brand in 2026 reflects the continued growth of the division and its exclusive focus on representing Owners throughout every stage of a project.
Our core team of four experienced Owner Representatives leads project management, technical coordination and communication with shipyards and suppliers. They are supported by a multidisciplinary back office of more than 20 naval architects, marine engineers and technical specialists, providing extensive expertise in engineering, design, systems integration and regulatory compliance.
Two members of the team are active members of the Yacht Owner Representative Register, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of professionalism within the industry. Combining the heritage of Italian shipbuilding with a forward-looking approach to technology and innovation, we deliver independent, technically rigorous and commercially minded representation, always focused on protecting our Clients' interests.
Rooted in Naval Architectural Services and backed by the full engineering capacity of NAS, we combine the depth of a large technical office with the focus of a dedicated Owner Representation team.
